“Soba” are buckwheat noodles beloved in Japan for centuries.
Buckwheat, in the form of grain or powder, has been used for various dishes
all over the world, but buckwheat noodles are very unique to Japanese food culture.

1.Soba contains ‘rutin’
Rutin is an antioxidant that fortifies blood vessels, helps
